This is true.  A good oral hygiene program is essential for long term dental health.  This simply means you should follow a thorough, consistent regiment at home (brush, floss and use a proxy brush) and come in for professional cleanings as recommended by your dental professional.  Spending 10 minutes a day on your dental hygiene will ensure success; you can do it!
